Built in the 1930s, the original steel frame with inset concrete floor planks had undergone further alterations therefore requiring:

Initial investigation, research and feasibility assessments.

New Steel framed construction forming penthouse apartments.

Large central atrium demolition and reconfiguring to suit apartments, including 4 storey free standing central feature structure.

Major structural frame alterations including internal column removals.

Infill of Atrium at ground floor level, built off existing structural connections.

Basement car park/staging area were unaffected throughout works.
