Southampton Harbour Hotel
The 85 bedroom luxury hotel completes the regeneration project of the area surrounding Ocean Village Marina.
OAS Development Award – Best New Refurbishment/Regeneration outside of Central London – Winner 2017
£24 million program of major structural alterations to reconfigure and extend a three storey, steel framed, 1980s era building, creating 137,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation.
Construction of this iconic structure commenced July 2014 and was completed June 2015.
We are delighted to announce that the Land Rover BAR America’s Cup HQ has sailed through as RICS South East Awards 2016 Project of the Year.
This is an existing pre-cast concrete framed office block located in Staines, Middlesex.

Thanet – Westwood Cross
This £50 million plus build cost development by Carillion Richardson Properties is a major edge of town retail mall development at Broadstairs in Kent.
Provision of two hotels, residential block and below ground car –parking. Project completed with a contract value of circa £50 million.
The refurbishment of an existing 2 storey pre-cast concrete commercial unit including the provision of an additional storey for Exton Estates to provide a high specification office development
A major food store development over mine workings on a contaminated site. Long span steelwork with major bay beams in single and two storey construction.
A 5* hotel development. The super-structure was formed using pre-cast concrete construction for the lower levels.
